Where can I find flight information on the Shuttle Training Aircraft (STA)?I am looking for basically "flight log" information, such as the dates of flights, pilots, where each flight originated from and where its destination was, including practices by astronauts for shuttle landing trainings. Any information will be helpful. |

You might want to start by contacting the museums/sites that display a retired STA; they may have copies of the complete flight log as part of its acquisition of an 'artifact' as is common practice. They are located at: - #944: NASA Armstrong FRC, Edwards CA
- #945: US Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville AL
- #946: Texas Air & Space Museum, Amarillo TX
- #947: Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, McMinnville, OR
