I was wondering if the cost of "nominal" space shuttle post-launch pad refurbishment had been announced now the program has been completed.

Each shuttle launch has been estimated at around $450 million, a canceled launch came in at about $1.2 million (for fuel and wages) and repairs and facelift to the flame trench after the STS-124 launch was stated to be in the range of $2.7 million, but that was a one-off just for that repair.

I am looking for any figures available for the average cost of preparing the pad for the next shuttle mission following a "nominal" launch and where that is accounted for in the overall NASA budget. Can anyone help please?

The cost of the pad refurb would be in the shuttle Kennedy Space Center operations budget. And there likely would not be a single line item, since each task would be done by different groups (MLP, pad surface, pad structures, facility plumbing, facility electrical, etc).
