I'm on the hunt for drawings of the gaseous oxygen (GOX) vent arm (GVA) from the space shuttle-era Launch Complex 39A and 39B fixed service tower. Mainly of the GOX vent hood ("beanie cap") drive mechanism at the very end of the swing arm.
This is all to help me with my high resolution 3D model of LC-39A. You can seen work-in-progress screenshots here.
All of this work has been done with the help of public photos and actual historic Kennedy Space Center drawings, except for the Orbiter Transporter System (OTS) which was done purely by analyzing public photos of it. The program I'm using is Autodesk's old GMAX which is an older but free less-capable version of their 3DSMAX software.

How did the search for these go? I did some of the drawings for the GOX Vent Arm. It's been a while, but I probably have at least the successive auxiliary views in my portfolio (in storage). Have you tried NASA's historical archive?

Sorry for not replying sooner, I completely forgot about this post. I never found anything. I managed with only publicly available photos from various sources (mainly KSC PAO).

Now there is one area that I haven't managed to find anything on and it is the central column shown in this photo:
Based on that photo it seems to make a sharp 90 degree bend towards the vent hood but how far out it goes is a mystery.
The drawing that would most likely answer any questions regarding the GVA is Drawing 79K06343, "ET GOX Vent System, Launch Complex 39A December 1979" which should consist of 15 sheets.
