The STS-83 crew flew on the next mission of Columbia, STS-94. John Blaha flew consecutive missions of Discovery (STS-29R and 33R), Bob Crippen did the same on Challenger (41-C and 41-G) and Lockhart did likewise on Endeavour (STS-111 and 113.)

But has anyone flown on consecutive missions of Atlantis?

The only ones I can think of are the astronauts that spent time on MIR in the mid-nineties. (ie: Lucid - STS-76 and STS-79)

Pinky Nelson flew on STS-61C and STS-26, which were two consecutive completed missions. In between, of course, was the incomplete (and ill-fated) STS-51L mission.
