Hank Hartsfield told me at last years ASF show that they use (or at least used to) a video camera in the training toilet to ensure that the astronaut is perfectly centered on the toilet, which is necessary to keep it from getting messy during the real thing. He said there is also is a live video feed to other astronauts in training, watching their peer try to center a certain body part. Naturally this situation leads to some good humor and wise cracks (pun intended), which can be heard by the trainee, which, according to Hank, makes certain body parts do real funny things. At least that's the way he told it!
