Download the high resolution version (1.6mb)

These seven astronauts take a break from training to pose for the STS-122 crew portrait. From the left (front row) are astronauts Stephen N. Frick, commander; European Space Agency's (ESA) Leopold Eyharts; and Alan G. Poindexter, pilot. From the left (back row) are astronauts Leland D. Melvin, Rex J. Walheim, Stanley G. Love and European Space Agency's (ESA) Hans Schlegel, all mission specialists. Eyharts will join Expedition 16 in progress to serve as a flight engineer aboard the International Space Station. The crewmembers are attired in training versions of their shuttle launch and entry suits. (NASA photo: STS122-S-002)

I like the reflections in the visors of the helmets. One is launch the other is landing.

Not to be nitpicky, I think the image in the left visor is that of rollout, not launch. Still kind of neat, however.

Yes, the poster is photoshopped, but the original crew portrait is not, and I think it's the first "normal" crew portrait since STS-116

Technically, the portrait is photoshopped, as evidence by the poster: the portrait appears to have had the crew's insignia digitally added.

That is not a good photo. It looks, that Eyharts has two left hands.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that Robert. Thanks for pointing that out.
