If memory serves (which is increasingly doubtful lately) many years ago I stumbled onto collectSPACE by following a link on the Upcoming Celebrity Book Signings & Events website. And the rest is history.

When checking that site yesterday, I saw that the creator is shutting it down. I certainly understand his reasons as explained on the site, but will miss his handy resource, and will be forever thankful for the connection to this great place he provided.

I'm sorry to see Lee closing the site, but understand his reasons and happy to read of his new arrival.

He and I traded emails over the years with regards to astronaut events, feeding each other's calendars. His link to collectSPACE provided a steady stream of new visitors to the site, as evident above, for which I was grateful.
