I've always liked some of the old space-themed logos and designs from the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo era, whether on hardware or ephemera. Here's a little Command Module oscillator assembly that I picked up mostly for the graphics. Likewise the ashtray from the Space Satellite Hotel. Rocketdyne logo is simple but effective, and I think most attractive in the thermoformed red plastic rocket covers like this example from Scott Schneeweis' collection. Any other favorites?

The McDonnell Douglas logo, because it combines a rocket and a supersonic passenger transport. This logo reminds me of a time of optimism, of belief in technical progress, when it was possible to dream of going to the moon and supersonic flight and those dreams would even become a reality, a time just before those dreams of endless technical progress would be stifled by the harsh reality of economic sense. |

How about this one? The graphic iconography hasn't changed so much since the 1960s. If it ain't broke... |

How about the Tomorrowland logo in use at all Disney theme parks (one more under construction in Shanghai, due to open later this year)? Planets orbiting around a center have been used as well as a representation of an atom and Mickey Mouse spacewalking next to a rocketship. |

I love this one from Bendix. I did my best to reproduce it based on two low resolution images that I've managed to find of it. I would love to produce it as an embroidered emblem, but I would have to work with Honeywell as they absorbed Bendix in 1983. I took some artistic license with the rendering of the astronauts and colors, as I've not found a color example.
