The United States Air Force Band returned to the National Air and Space Museum for this year's holiday flash mob:
While recording the 2016 Holiday Flash Mob, The USAF Band, Washington, DC offers their own Mannequin Challenge... featuring the Secretary of the Air Force, Deborah Lee James!

Not so sure the 2016 performance technically qualifies as a "flash mob." It's apparent to the visitors from the risers that some sort of performance is imminent; in fact, they're standing around waiting.
The 2013 video is a lot more fun from an audience surprise standpoint.
