with a Carpenter connection! The DP's son Matt was part of the team that developed "Painkiller Jane" for TV, was part of the first season writing staff, and wrote one episode for the show. He even managed to work in one character called "Dr. Seth Carpenter," who I'm pretty sure is one of the good guys

It's a clever show, well cast, I thought, with some beautifully shot locations in Canada.

The next episode of Painkiller Jane airs on SciFi Network this Friday, June 8, at 10 pm.

I hope for a rerun or multiple showings as I will be reading the roll call of our high school graduates that evening.
