I haven't found any yet and I think I've seen everything that's been posted on NASA.gov. All portraits seem to be with the blue flight suit. There are some images of her in the orange suit in the training and suitting up photos.Cliff |

Hi, thanks Cliff...perhaps there isn't one yet. I have done a lot of searching and they are available for the rest of the crew but not Stephanie. Thanks again, Nick. Spaceman.

Whilst on the subject I've always been puzzled as to why the only offical photo of Michael Foale is the one taken when he was first selected. How many flights does the guy have to make beofre he gets another decent photo? or have I just missed them. I'm sure Stephanie's picture will be posted soon |

I was a little surprised there was nothing, that I saw anyway, in the media about Ms. Wilson being only the 2d African American woman astronaut.I wonder how often they get their pictures updated. I see that Dan Burbank has one on the astronaut bio. website in his EVA suit with the STS-115 patch on it. So that one must be fairly recent. |

The astronauts have a say in updating their "official" portrait. Some stay fairly recent and some like Story Musgrave keep portraits for years.Tim |

Ken, Michael FOALE does have a more recent official portrait in white Russian Sokol spacesuit as most visiting-astronauts to MIR or ISS have ! |

Phillip you are quite right I had forgotten the picture of Michael in a Russian suit.Seeing as this thread started about Stephanie Wilson's photo it got me thinking there is no picture of Michael in an orange suit or a NASA EVA suit |

Isn't there something like a rule (not always followed through) that rookies get their orange space suit portrait AFTER their first spaceflight?------------------ Jürgen P Esders Berlin, Germany http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Astroaddies |

Hi, I have seen two different portraits of Mike Foale in a Russian suit(one from the Shuttle/MIR era and a much more recent image) but as you say the only NASA portrait I can find of him is his original one.Lisa Nowak is also a rookie but has an orange flight suit portrait, with Fossum pictured in an EVA suit portrait prior to the mission. Happy hunting, Nick Spaceman |

Some astronauts have up to 4 individual portraits ( no not John Young and I don't count business suit portraits ) usually the AsCan blue coverall, 2 orange pumpkin STS-suit and sometimes an EVA-suit portrait ! |
