Hi Friends,
Shuttles Bar and Grill- Merritt Island. for a meeting place. Time Friday morning 27th.May.05-Either for a late breakfast or lunch- if members- [Capejeffs,Ben Cooper,and
KSCarlist,and any others who care to join us-
PLEASE GIVE A TIME-via this board.I am open to suggestions. Thought this place would suit all-as you all are around the cape. and I am coming from Kissimmee via 528 road.
Am visiting KSC all day on the 26th, and are coming again on the Friday to the cape area.
fancy a drink or a snack- if you can make it.
Please suggest a time- as I am blasting off
in a B747-reaching heights of 38,000 ft
en-route to your lovely sunshine state on the 24th.like Scott Carpenter in Aurora 7 in 1962- but sadly not from the inside of a rocket.Is this going to be a good day---for launch.
Hope to hear from you friends,and thanks again for your e-mails- busy lady-you can still find me on line tomorrow 23rd.

Glad to here you can make it-
I will be in SHUTTLES BAR from 11.0am on Frid.27th, for a few hours,see you all there, and thanks-I am really looking forward to seeing you all.
its 8.15pm gmt. Off in the morning-get up
around 4.0am to arrive at our airport for 5.45am-flight goes to Gatwick at 06.45-then its off on Virgin-arriving MCO-Orlando 5.0pm eastern. Long Day.

Hey Brenda, et al:I'm sorry I missed you. I was at Shuttles promptly at 11:00, had lunch and kept an eye on the door. I even had the waitres ask customers if they were from England. At 11:30 I sat in the gazebo so I might catch anyone arriving. I had to leave at noon to go to work, (last day of school).
Maybe next time. Enjoy the rest of your trip. Tim | |
