I start this item because most astronauts are becoming older, and sometimes they give not the asked signatures. Recently I received a signature of Anthony Llewelyn, signed on the plastic sleeve in which the photo was Afterwards he also signed the photograph, gentleman as he is.
Has anyone else special histories ?

That happened years ago with Richard Gordon and an index card I had sent him. He signed both also.
A few years ago I sent a nude from Playboy of Shari Belafonte to her and she mistakenly only signed the outside of the sheet protector.

I had sent Dick Covey a rookie portrait with an autopen sig and asked him to sign it - he put a nice inscription above the autopen and left it at that. He apparently didn't know it was an autopen. He did however send an autographed spacesuit portrait along also, so in the end I did get a real autograph.

Same thing happened to me with Scott Carpenter. Never did get photo itself signed.
