I've attached a few photos of the sun displaying two very large sunspot groups that have been in the news quite a bit the past several days. There is also a small group on the edge of the sun (about 3 o'clock).

Photographs were taken with a 4" refractor using a full aperature glass solar filter, a 24mm Teleview Panoptic eyepiece, and a Nikon Coolpix digital camera.
