Ed Lu did an excellent "letter to home" the other day explaining about space food on the ISS.

I have added some images of various food tubes,tins and things from various USA/Russian programs and did a small web page with them and Ed's speech.

It may be useful for educational use for students?

I found this most interesting Phill and i will be able to use some of the imformation in a talk on Space Exploration i am giving to a class of children this week.I am not a teacher but was offered the chance to share my space interest and bring in some of my collection to make it more interesting for the class.
