Assuming this guy was a good faith purchaser and that Honduras sold this or gave it up, and apart from his failure to declare a valuable object for customs, is their any reason that this guy shouldn't be able to own this thing?I don't mean from a legal standpoint - as I don't know gov't regs on this, but from a policy standpoint, why should this be a problem?
