For those interested or with kids who like space, this is a fun learning project that includes a nifty little souvenir. Send your name to Mars on the 2003 landers. They'll take names until mid-November.

Have fun!

Not just kids! I put my whole family's name in. I also put the names of the morning show broadcasters from the Philadelphia radio station which I do a weekly five minute NASA update. They were wondering what form the CD would be inscribed. How could it be read? I didn't see a specification on the webpage. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Cliff

That's a good question, I'm not sure. Sounds like something to ask the folks at JPL, I'm sure they'd be happy to help out.

Best,
