Is there a resource by Apollo mission for what was carried on each of the lunar modules by descent stage quadrant?

The question was prompted by the fact that the lunar roving vehicle in quad one for the final three Apollo missions must have displaced something, or am I wrong?

To add to Jim's reply, this page shows the layout of the quads for different missions.

The Apollo 14 Rickshaw was strapped on the MESA, The multiple EVA mission for 12, 13 and 14 had additional batteries and Lithium Hydroxide canisters, which were relocated when the Rover was added to quad 1, in addition to the S-Band Antenna.
