These would be unique in perspective as the flyby distance (about 137 miles) was over twice that of the orbital distance of the other Apollo missions (about 60 miles). I did find this one (AS13-62-8922) but not anything else.

I've mapped the orbital images taken by Apollo in Google Moon as kmz files, download them here. The ones that are icons rather than overlays were taken at an oblique angle.
