Are there any published photographs or video taken from the Apollo 13 spacecraft of the lunar far side? These would be unique in perspective as the flyby distance (about 137 miles) was over twice that of the orbital distance of the other Apollo missions (about 60 miles).

I did find this one (AS13-62-8922) but not anything else.

Quite a few images from magazines 60 and 62 were taken on the lunar far side.

I've mapped the orbital images taken by Apollo in Google Moon as kmz files, download them here.

The ones that are icons rather than overlays were taken at an oblique angle.

The Apollo Image Atlas is a great resource. Apollo 13 photos of farside here.
