Repairs to the Saturn V rocket at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center remain on schedule and are expected to be completed about the end of October, according to Space Center CEO Larry Capps.
"What we don't have money for is the building," she said.

Another $3 million will have to be secured to build a new home for the Saturn and move it in for permanent display, Capps said. Until then, the rocket will remain where it is - though restored and protected - at the rear of the center.

As much as I support the project, I wouldn't recommend right now that anyone give to it over Katrina relief, but, as those needs diminish in the future:
