This Apollo 11 NASA History article has two post-EVA images of the flag outside the LM.
Before departure, Armstrong and Aldrin used the 16-mm film camera to once more document their landing site through the LM’s windows, showing that overnight the American flag had shifted position, apparently settling in the loose lunar soil.
Didn't the flag shift position because of the RCS hot-fire test prior to liftoff?

According to the ALSJ, Neil recalled in the technical debrief that he had noticed a change in the flag position after getting back in the LM, and attributed it to it being unbalanced.
The only image of the flag where it has definitely moved is after the hotfire. The ALSJ's interpretation is that he could have noticed a small change that was subsequently overwhelmed by the hotfire.
