I have a large collection (130 plus items assembled mostly in the 90's; probably one of if not the most extensive single collections of X-15 items) including photographs, autographed photographs, pilot correspondence, models, toys, books, etc., covering I think all of the X-15 pilots and even a recovered piece of the inconel skin from the X-15 that crashed in the desert with provenance. I would welcome suggestions or thoughts as to a recommended auction house to handle a sale of the collection or method of selling the collection. — John Bottger |

I've often thought that if I had to sell my collection (that is X-15 heavy), I'd go with Lunar Legacies. Very professional with a great reputation here on cS! |

Agree with Lunar Legacies but there is also American Space Museum. See American Space listings in the auction forum for Chuck's (Chuckster01) email.Solid auction with proceeds to a great cause. |

Can you give us some idea of what it is you have to sell regarding the X-15? That might also help in finding someone who can help to sell the lot for you. |
