Hello guys, new member of collectSPACE here, looking for some advice.

What's your opinion on this John Young signed piece? Seller seems okay for me but I bought it just before knowing about this site and Zarelli's tips for buying on eBay since I am a rookie on this field. I'd like to hear some advice from you, just to know if my photo is legit or if I just bought a very expensive but pretty picture. Thanks a lot in advance, hope to learn from this community.

As long as the signature is not part of the photo, it looks fine. It looks like one of the signatures he made not long before he passed.

For future reference, now that you know about this site, it is a good idea to post here before you buy (or contact Steve Zarelli for an email opinion).

And welcome to collectSPACE! There are links on this site to lots of great resources including a site with all of the known astronaut autopens. Ebay is a very hazardous place even if you really know what you are doing, so use a great deal of caution.

Thanks a lot for sharing your comments. I can see there is a lot of information here, looking forward to learn from the best. Maybe I will contact Zarelli for another opinion.
