Hoping someone can translate the text on this Chinese launch commemorative plate, not sure if it's for a specific flight.

I tried using Google's camera translation app but it could not make out the text on the front. On the back, the words in Chinese are repeated below in English.

The China Great Wall Industry Corporation is a subsidiary of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), which oversees China's commercial launches.

Can you post a somewhat better picture at 90 degree angle and only focus on the text? My Chinese contact would like to help you out and thinks it mentions something with: "Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center", but can't read much further.

So it is a poem by general Zhang Aiping: famous for building up the armed forces. Quite hard for my friend to translate as he is no military/space expert and doesn't know the paraphrases that are being used. Anyhow this is what he thinks it means:

——"万里联营布阵,冲天烈火彤彤,莫问巡天几回转,好去乘风傲苍穹。运筹任从容,玉宇明灯高挂,金丝细雨飞虹,天地躬身仙子舞 正是人间日瞳瞳,华夏沐春风。"
——张爱萍将军《破阵子-我国同步卫星发射成功》

Thousands of miles of joint forces,- (Maybe Macedonian defense line)
Glowing in the sky,
Don't ask the sky survey a few times,
So I can ride the wind and take pride in the sky.
Take it easy, (thinking Strategically)
The jade lanterns are hanging high,
A rainbow of golden threads,
Heaven and earth bow fairy dance,
It is the human day pupil,
The Chinese spring breeze.
---General Zhang Aiping

The display case is quite remarkable too, isn't it? I imagine that is Chinese silk covering the case? Is there a space-theme on the material or just traditional flowers?
