I'm just finishing off descriptions for several Neil Armstrong owned publications and I'm wondering what routing the handwritten "CB" on some of these signifies. I note that the Johnson Space Center includes "CB" in its address but I'm not sure if this is the same. Thanks for your help. |

I remember using Mail Code CB when sending letters to the Astronaut Office at Johnson Space Center. |

Each organization or division at Johnson Space Center has its own mail code. "CB" is the mail code for the Astronaut Office.Other mail codes include: - AA - Office of the Director
- CA - Flight Operations Directorate
- EA - Engineering Directorate
- MA - Gateway Program
- NA - Safety and Mission Assurance Office
- VA - Commercial Crew Program

If I remember correctly "CB" stood for Cyril Baker, Chief, Administrative Support, Astronaut Office. |
