Are these Apollo 8 and Apollo 11 first day of issue stamp ceremony programs rare and/or valuable?

Most stamp ceremony programs sell for between $5 and $15 each, sometimes a bit more. They are rarer (produced in less quantity) than first day covers, but more collectors seem to desire the covers over the programs.

There are a few exceptions, most notably a separate Apollo 11 stamp program from a ceremony that was held at the White House, which includes the notation "This stamp made from the die carried to and from the moon." I have seen examples of that program sell for more than $100.
