Do you think any of these signatures on this Mercury 7 signed cover are authentic? Photos aren't great and they almost look printed to me. |

Saw this one beforehand and I don't like it. Many of the signatures may "appear" genuine, however, the Glenn, Grissom, Shepard and Slayton in my opinion are not authentic, along with the other three. It's not a bad forger attempt, I would admit, but the signature characteristics of all seven are off, with some more so than others. But all have a larger — in same type of hand — format length than authentic autographs of the Project Mercury astronauts are known to be in their vintage Mercury era of the early 1960's. |

Thanks Ken. Your expertise is very much appreciated. I didn’t know why, but I wasn’t sure about it. Didn’t think they were autopen and almost thought it looked printed, but the image resolution is poor. Thank you for your feedback. | |
