This Gene Cernan signed photo has been listed on eBay.

I do not understand why PSA/DNA would not actively pursue these criminals or why they would issue a COA on an obvious fake? This seller has several bad signatures (example) with PSA/DNA certificates.

It has to hurt there reputation to have so many bad fakes with a COA displaying there logo.
