Does this flown shuttle bolt on eBay look like something that might have been sold by Ken Havekotte?

Doesn't come with any provenance, just the plaque framed within the presentation stating its origins.

It's not my framed presentation, but the displayed OV-bolt probably was provided by my firm. All that was known by it was that it had been used/flown by a shuttle orbiter in the 1980's.

Are these bolts easily obtained at that price, or are they generally now only found through the auction houses etc?
