I cannot give an estimate on all of your items. However, your gem is probably the Apollo 204 Review Board book. I know there was an auction which had an original copy within the last couple of years or so, and if I remember correctly, it brought a high bid of hundreds of dollars (if not four figures). Your copy may or may not be considered an original due to the binding. Not sure how the one in the auction was bound, though. It may have been bound like a traditional hardback or soft cover book, but I am not sure.
"Project Mercury - A Chronology" is too deteriorated — at least the front cover is — to have much value. Even a pristine example is not particularly valuable — perhaps somewhere between $50 and $100.
"Mercury Project Summary" appears to be in good condition. It is not a rare item, though. It is worth about $25 — give or take a few dollars.
Some of your items — Apollo 11 AC Electronics book and Gemini Program book — I have not seen and are probably quite uncommon. However, rare does not necessarily mean valuable. Personally, I like the art on the front cover of the Apollo 11 AC Electronics book; if I found it at a flea market or something like that I would probably buy it.
"Apollo 12 Guidance and Navigation Briefing" is interesting because I have a good friend who worked on G&N (though as a GE employee) at NASA/Houston, but cannot guesstimate its value.
