A similar topic was created when a grouping of Silver Snoopy paperwork was sold without the accompanying pin.

Here is an eBay listing with only the paperwork from Apollo 14.

It is a letter that would have originally accompanied a section of the flown safety line presented in a laminated card or another crew flown item like this CDR tag.

Future buyers should be aware if this letter presented to Kenneth J. Buck resurfaces in the future.

This is strange as the American Space Museum sold the Buck Family Collection last year along with his flown Apollo 14 lanyard card. The family could not find the letter and we did look for it.

But all Apollo 14 lanyard cards have the recipients name on them so I would think it would be hard to fake a card to go with the letter.

Thanks Chuck, glad to know the safety line card is out there.

The letter has astronaut autopen signatures, so it is more of just a curiosity on its own. Here's to hoping that the winning buyer is able to reunite the items together.

All times are CT (US)
