The false CAGs are crossing hobbies it seems - they're doing the same thing with Star Wars memorabilia.

I've confirmed with CAG that these are legitimate CAG pieces, but they are not part of the The Armstrong Family Collection (and aren't marked as such) - thanks for bringing them to attention. — Rick

Rick, thank you for the follow up. I was completely unaware that CAG had authenticated and encapsulated artifacts from any collections other than the Armstrong's up to this point. My uncertainty was based on that and the encased card did not allude to the collection of origin.
I attempted to search the CAG registry for these two certificate numbers but I am only able to locate items cataloged from the first Armstrong auction. Has anyone else found a more detailed description for these CAG certificates?
I would hope that all items certified by CAG will be viewable online (like NCG and other cert verification programs) to document its review history and provide a check prior to purchases and sales.

What concerns me is the vagueness of the authenticity. It states that they are flown while offering no evidence to support the claim and as far as I can see, does not mention a specific mission in which the foil was flown.
From a cursory glance they need to do a lot better than this.
