I found this on eBay a few years ago and finally got it framed. I just loved the print but wasn't really sure what I had found.

Would love to hear from someone who knows a little more about this site plan?

From the portrait, it appears Aerospace's intent was to reorient the entire complex from Eastward to Northward facing, possibly to support more high inclination/retrograde launches, with the added benefit of enhanced survivability during hurricane season.

It was just documenting both NASA and Air Force plans for the area. Aerospace was just a support contractor and hence this was not "their" plan.

All times are CT (US)
