I'm new here and bought a few items recently that I hope to be correct and authentic but I'm wondering if anyone can help. This is an Apollo 13 launch day pass or what I believe to be.

Yes, if not a copy online reproduction, it's an official government-printed main NASA VIP badge for the Kennedy Space Center launch of Apollo 13 in April 1970. Apparently the user of the badge wrote out his/her name on the reverse side of the badge as indicated on the bottom left side.

Looks fine to me and has a vintage holder.

If you're looking to collect other launch passes I've posted a photo of the passes/badges in my collection. I know of a yellow colored Apollo 10 viewing stand guest, a teal colored Apollo 16 and a blue colored Apollo 17, I'm still looking for. Hope this helps.

Thank you everyone for your reply. I'm new to this so I just wanted to check I did some research before I bought it. Thankfully it seems to be right.

Thank you for the photo of your collection. It's amazing to see such a collection, must have took some time to collect.

Great Apollo badge collection, Tom (kosmo), and I do have an extra, if still needed, light blue Apollo 17 main access VIP viewing site badge with a low number of 63 on back. The same goes for Apollo 10 with a yellowed colored badge with number 2962 along with a blue-green Apollo 16 VIP badge with a low number of 118 on its reserve side.

All of these referred to are in mint condition, but I do not have their plastic holders. But I may have some of the same type badges with their holders, but will I need to check over them a little bit later on.
