Thought I'd let y'all know (if you didn't already): the Cosmosphere store (in person and online) has an autographed photo of Charlie Duke available for $24.99 (plus shipping if you go the online route).

The person I talked to didn't know the exact measurements off hand but said it was somewhere around 4x6/5x7 and it's signed only with no inscriptions.

I have one of those that I bought there in 2000. It's very nice.

You can contact them directly and save money on shipping by asking them to use USPS rather than UPS.

It comes in a nice white photo holder too, to help preserve your signed in black sharpie photo.

It may also come with a duplicated piece of paper stating:
As he descended the steps of his Lunar Module Orion to the Descartes region of the Moon in April 1972, astronaut Charlie Duke became the 10th person to walk on the Moon. This photo, autographed by Duke, shows him on the Lunar Roving Vehicle in the background. Duke and Apollo 16 crewmate John Young spent more than 265 minutes on the lunar surface and brought back to Earth over 213 pounds of precious Moon rocks for study.
