Any advice on this Soyuz 30 cover? Klimuk and Hermaszewski signatures?

Signatures look good.

However, this is not a flown cover. The bord cancels were backup devices used on the ground only.

Thanks. Can you please give me more details on these backup postmarks? How it's possible to distinguish between the flown one? There's something always to learn...
