I saw this John Young inscribed STS-1 crew litho pop up on eBay (191815708164) with a BIN price of $99. I just could not get comfortable with the handwriting style so I did not bid. Did I miss a great deal or is this one bad?

You were smart to not bid. There's no way that is an authentic signature.

Terrible forgery - looks like John Glenn's writing style.

Thanks. I am surprised somebody tried to fake an entire inscription, but I could not find any samples of Young's writing that were even close to this.

I ended up putting the $99 toward one of Young's STS-1 Robbins medallions being sold by another cS member on these boards. Don't tell my wife.
