Found these two items. No papers with them, no emails, nothing. They were just in these plastic sheet protectors.

One has the look of Kapton foil (if it was gold on one side, silver on the other) and the second is come kind of cloth, sewn into a tapered, tubular shape. Like something that you might slide over a rubber hose or wires.

The foil material is a piece of Thermal Control System (TCS) blanket. The other item looks similar to a piece of filler bar I own.
