Anyone have any ideas on this Neil Armstrong signed copy of "First on the Moon"? I'll withhold my thoughts until folks have weighed in. Make sure you read the listing, as well. |

A couple of things jump out that indicate forgery. I'd definitely stay away from it. And I think I see the name in the listing that unfortunately could be taken as another warning sign. |

Al, if it is not authentic then it is a pretty decent effort on the part of the signer. I'd feel better about it with an inscription, but absent that it is atypical enough that I would stay away from it. |

Avoid. Definitely "atypical" and the "documentation from the authenticator" won't stand up. |

Thanks guys - appreciate the input. Several of us think it's a well done fake, and while the seller is legit, his go to guy was part of the Frohman study. |
