I've recently started collecting space and would like to start small and work my way up. I'm most interested in actual items flown in space as opposed to souvenirs. I found these cargo identification cards on eBay (example) and thought one or two of these would be a good start. The seller has great feedback but I would like to hear from the experts. Are these items actually what the seller purports them to be? Thanks! |

Donnis Willis of Lunar Legacies (llspaceauctions) is one of the very best. |

I bought an STS-120/Node 2 cargo card last August from Donnis' website. After I purchased it, I found an image that shows the exact card. The card I bought from Donnis is the bottom one in the row of three cards that are taped onto the lockers on the right side of the image. The image was taken just after Node 2 was attached to its temporary position on the station (per here). Can't get much better than that! I see that Donnis even used the same photo that I mention here in his eBay listing, as an example of how the cards are used. |
