This strikes me as suspicious. The photos are dark and the seller's feedback is less than impressive.

Looks like a copy or tracing of one of Armstrong's autopen patterns.

I don't ever recall seeing an authentic Armstrong that had a year added to it, let alone two years after he quit signing for the most part.

It's uncommon, but he did add a date on occasion.
