This website sells some too -- mentioning they are from the unfinished shuttle -- and provides a little information (including a picture of them attached to the shuttle). I'm sure the ones on eBay are from the same source.

Probably the best and most trustworthy source for Russian space items. My father met Alex when he picked up an item for me (they are located in Toronto). Having met him in person he had only nice things to say about him. I have another contact who was an Engineer on the team that created Buran. He says they are known and trusted among the space community in Russia today and thus may of the best items find they're way to them for sale.
