I was part of the NASA GRC mission design and operations team for the ACTS spacecraft which launched on Discovery in September 1993 (STS-51). Earlier in that year, we received several copies of an STS-51 Mission Chart from, I believe, the FDO for the mission, Roger Ballette. The chart is ~ 15" x 42", full color with the ground tracks of the projected first 176 orbits of the flight (1-80 on the front; 81-176 on the reverse). Very detailed mapping with all GS's, TDRS birds labelled. The SAA is bigger than life.I remember when we recevied these oh, so long ago, that they were like gold. I was wondering what the value of such an item might be today? All input will be greatly appreciated. ------------------ Jeff "I send my rockets forth between my ears, hoping an inch of will is worth a pound of years. Jeff:Shuttle orbital tracking charts were printed in fairly large quantities, and therefore do not have a great deal of value. John |

Boggs Space sell orbit charts for about $10. Farthest Reaches had a pack of maps for about $20 recently. | |
