The seller states they were purchased from Ken Havekotte. That should be enough if true.

20 plus years ago I bought a similar piece of Apollo 13 heatshield from Ken with an almost identical plaque. It was mounted under a perspex dome.

These may not have all th frills that mine had but the pieces themselves look almost identical and Ken's proveanace is good.
