I am researching a Robbins medallion, Apollo 11 but its not one of the 300,000 from New Orleans - this one is encased and is one of 68 given out at a party in Seawolf Park, TX by astronauts to friends of the space program. I'm trying to find out what it is worth.

Based on your description, the medallion is neither a Robbins medal or a Manned Flight Awareness medal (the latter based on the ref. to 300,000 minted).
There were literally hundreds of different commemorative medallions issued for Apollo 11. It would be very helpful if you could share a scan or photo of yours, both its front and back.

You're right. I have since discovered it is a Barco Mint Manned Flight Awareness Medal. A Mjr General McDonald passed out the 68 encapsulated coins at the reception I mentioned before.
