I'm dubious. Why would an FDAI (8-ball) and an altimeter be installed on the unmanned Buran that was controlled from the ground???

It's kind of weird but here is a photograph of the Buran control panel showing several dials and gauges. Two of them look very similar to the two in the E-Bay ad above:

The item for sale appears to be on the left edge of the photo above center. The other item in the ad - that is not for sale - appears to be located to its right.

It notes that the cockpit in the photograph is from a "jet-powered approach and landing test version of Buran" so perhaps the items for sale were flown, in the air, but not flown in space?
