Ken Havekotte produced lucite piece, limited edition (69 pieces), block (5x4.5x1 in.) containing Apollo 10 actual piece (3/8 x 3/8 in.) from flown Beta cloth patch, Apollo 11 actual piece (3/8 x 3/8 in.) of flown Kapton foil, and actual piece (0.5x 0.5 in.) of pad 39 flame trench brick.

Lucite in excellent condition with no scratches or chips. Display can be seen on eBay 296860918633.

Will sell to cS'er $300 and free shipping in US.
