This listing is for a series of framed lunar surface-flown fabric swatches from Apollo 14. These were taken from a flag that was carried onboard the spacecraft by Stuart Roosa, on behalf of a family friend who owned Dos Arroyos Ranch.

In the near future, I'll be offering smaller pieces at a lower price (similar to the Beta Cloth displays I have for sale here). But I decided to keep the nicest segments intact in a much larger size, and frame them. I have three different options for sale, as follows:

First, there's the Dos Arroyos logo. This particular piece best matches the original display's text, so I paired them. And so in addition to the fabric, you'll get Roosa's original signature. The fabric measures approximately 4.75" wide and 3.5" tall.

Second, there's a version with the "APOLLO XIV" text, matted with an 8x10" photo and an engraved metal plaque. The fabric measures approximately 6" wide and 1.75" tall.

And third, there's a version with "THE MOON" text, matted with an 8x10" photo and an engraved metal plaque. This one is being sold at the lowest price, because I had to do a little patchwork at the bottom (the removal of the Dos Arroyos logo left a little gap under the "E"). I patched it using fabric from other parts of the flag, and it's almost seamless. But I did want to offer a discount here as a result. The fabric measures approximately 5" wide and 1.5" tall.

Each item will include a printed copy of my original Heritage invoice, along with photos showing the re-framing process and matching your item to the one sold by Heritage. I purchased the 4" x 5" piece at a very reasonable price for a lunar surface item.
