This incredibly rare Apollo 14-flown UK flag measuring 6 by 4 inch, flew onboard the Apollo 14 Command Module, Kittyhawk alongside Alan Shepard, Edgar Mitchell and Stu Roosa.

The flag orbited the moon 34 times before making the journey back to earth.

As far as we know, this is the only Apollo 14 flown UK flag ever offered for sale.

The flag is from the personal collection of Lunar Module Pilot, Edgar Mitchell and was stored in his PPK (Personal Preference Kit) during the journey. Mitchell has hand signed and inscribed the flag, "This UK Flag Flown to the moon on board Apollo 14 - February 1971 - Edgar Mitchell LMP"
