Complex electro-mechanical spring actuated Liquid Oxygen (LOX) Vent and Relief valve, installed on the External Tank. Valve output was supplied to the "Beanie Cap" atop the Shuttle/ET Stack prior to launch; and vented overboard to space (following launch).
